Rustic Force — a squad of eight.
A designer-toy franchise built end-to-end: eight vinyl characters — four heroes, four villains — taken from hand-drawn concept through 3D sculpt, a full production spec, fabricated collectible figures with retail packaging, and a set of web and mobile games. The technical spec sheets below document every unit.
Production spec sheets
One technical sheet per unit — identity, orthographic elevations, production render with dimensions, 2D design, accessory, performance index, colour-material-finish, concept line art, and an animated motion study (walk cycle or 360° turntable).
The collectible line
Each unit boxed as a Pocket-Pop-style blister pack — the production spec carried straight onto the card: unit number, class, armament, performance index and colour-material-finish.
Hand-drawn concept
Every character began on paper — proportions, helmet, weapon and emblem worked out in ballpoint before any 3D.
Sculpt, cast & hand-paint
Each 2.5-inch figure was sculpted, cast in vinyl, and hand-finished — decals, emblems and gloss applied by hand.
Vinyl in the wild
The finished collectibles — photographed in real environments, and boxed as a retail set.
Rustic Force games
The franchise extended into interactive — a side-scrolling platformer and the Tori puzzle game. Gameplay in motion below, with the original menus and screens beneath.

Rustic Force, the movie
The franchise pushed one step further — a cinematic teaser that imagines the toy line as a blockbuster, with a one-sheet per faction.
